TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILIPINO HOMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
